北捷松山線 可望明年底通車

台北捷運松山線明年底可望通車！松山線自捷運西門站、北門站、中山站、松江南京站、南京東路站、台北小巨蛋站、南京三民站至松山站共計8站，北市捷運局指出，預計明年底通車，若由西門站至松山站，僅需15分鐘。

台北市議會交通委員會上午赴松江南京站、南京三民站考察捷運松山線，並由捷運局簡報說明。議員王鴻薇詢問，目前松山線沿線、林森北路以東等路面工程仍在施工，預計何時可結束？捷運局中工處長余念梓回應，路面與地下施工同時並進，預計明年6月全線各標可結束，屆時就可全面恢復路上交通。

另外，常讓人發生意外事故、影響交通的排水人孔蓋，捷運局在松山線上已做修正，將人孔蓋移往人行道上，余念梓表示，現在就像美化過的蓋板。

余念梓指出，捷運松山線連同共同管道工程預算約530億元，沿線8.5公里中有6.5公里需「翻開來做」，因此，工程更具複雜性，對一般大眾的影響，比以往的新店線、木柵線還要多，捷運局必須縝密、周延地施工。

此外，台北市議員徐佳青詢問松山線所需的測試時間。機工處長周湘魁指出，由於測試時程關係到後續整體的通車時程，至少需14個月作業時間，從今年初已陸續開始進行靜態及單機測試，接著再配合交通部執行穩定性測試作業，若以今年信義線為例，至少還要3個月。捷運局長蔡輝昇則說，預計明年底可通車。

自南港線西門站經中華路、塔城街，再經市民大道後轉天水路接南京西路，沿著南京西路及南京東路，繼續東行至台鐵松山車站北側廣場，皆屬捷運松山線，全長約8.5公里。

MRT Songshan Line slated to begin service in late 2014

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- The Taipei Metro will move one step closer to realizing its chessboard design with the completion of the Songshan Line slated for the end of 2014.

Construction of the new line is on schedule and most of its above-ground structures will be completed by June of next year, ending the traffic disruptions on Nanjing East Road, Department of Rapid Transit Systems Commissioner Tsai Hui-sheng (蔡輝昇) told several members of the Taipei City Council's transportation committee during their tour of two Songshan Line stations yesterday.

The 8.5-kilometer-long Taipei Rapid Transit (MRT) Songshan Line, a continuation of the to-be-rerouted Xindian (Green) Line, starts in eastern Taipei at Songshan Station and heads westward along Nanjing East Road through Nanjing Sanmin, Taipei Arena, Nanjing East Road, Songjiang Nanjing and Zhongshan Stations. The line then turns south to Beimen Station and connects to the Xindian Line at Ximen Station.

A sign of the increasingly interwoven nature of the Taipei Metro system, the Songshan Line intersects with existing lines at three of its eight stations (see map). The line also links with the railway system at Songshan Station.

Trial runs of the Songshan Line already started at the beginning of this year and are expected to take 14 months in total, Tsai said. After that, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications will collaborate on a three-month stability test, putting the targeted opening time at the end of next year, he added.

The scheduled completion of the Songshan Line will come roughly a year after the inauguration of another east-west metro line, the Xinyi Line, slated to open as early as next month. The two new lines will bring relief to the heavily used Bannan (Blue) Line and bring major changes to the current metro map of downtown Taipei.

Meanwhile, new construction has commenced in New Taipei City's Banqiao District for the MRT Circular Line. Projects in Phase One of the line will start next month at the city's three major roads. The first phase of the Circular Line, scheduled to open by the end of 2016, passes through New Taipei City's Xindian, Zhonghe, Banqiao and Xinzhuang districts and will intersect with the MRT Xindian and Xinzhuang lines.

台北メトロ・松山線 来年末の開通目指す

（台北 22日 中央社）台北メトロの建設担当者はきょう（22日）、建設中の松山線の工事は順調で、来年末には開通できる見通しであると発表した。開業すれば、板南線、信義線に次いで3路線目の台北市東西を結ぶ幹線となる。

これは台北市議会交通委員会が建設中の駅を視察した際に明かしたもの。松山線は西門から北門、中山、松江南京、南京東路、台北アリーナ、南京三民（＝写真）、松山を結ぶ全長8.5キロの路線で、途中3カ所でそれぞれ淡水線、中和新蘆線、文湖線に乗換えができる。

来年末の開業の理由として担当者は、今年初旬から各種試験を行っているが全体でおよそ14カ月の作業時間を必要とし、さらに交通部の試験にも3カ月程度の時間がかかると説明。工事の影響によって“走りにくい”と指摘される地上の南京東路の道路状況はいつ改善されるのかとの質問には来年6月と回答した。

台北メトロでは同じく建設中の信義線が今年末までの開業を目指しており、渋滞の緩和や利便性の向上が期待されている。
