日野田內閣支持率 創新低
日本最新民調顯示，野田內閣支持率跌至21.3%，創下新低紀錄，對執政民主黨的支持率也連續3個月創下最低紀錄。
日本「時事通信社」本月6至9日實施的7月最新民調顯示，野田內閣支持率跌至21.3%創新低，比上個月減少3個百分比，也低於今年4月的21.7%。
不支持率則為60.3%，比最高紀錄的55.7%（今年4月）為高。
執政民主黨的支持率也掉到6.7%，連續3個月創下執政以來最低紀錄，跌到2009年10月29.4%的2成左右。
報導指出，內閣支持率創新低，主要應該是由於小澤一郎等人在眾議院表決時反對調漲消費稅相關法案，造成民主黨分裂，而重啟大飯核電廠也讓野田受到黨內外的批評，政權前途更為艱辛。
脫離民主黨另組新黨的小澤一郎，今天出席擔任黨魁的新黨「國民生活第一黨」秘書會時表示，「（眾議院解散）總選舉的日子近了，我們必須在艱難的狀況下起跑」。1010713

Noda Cabinet Approval Rating Lowest at 21 Pct: Jiji Poll
Public support for the cabinet of Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda in July fell 3.0 percentage points from the previous month to 21.3 pct, the lowest level since the Noda administration was launched in September last year, a Jiji Press poll showed Friday.
The support rating rewrote its previous low of 21.7 pct set in April. The disapproval rating was up 5.5 points at 60.3 pct, rewriting the previous high of 55.7 pct also in the April survey.
The support rating of the ruling Democratic Party of Japan fell 1.4 points to 6.7 pct, renewing the record low since the party took power in September 2009 for the third consecutive month.
The rating compared with 29.4 pct set in October 2009, shortly after the DPJ's landslide general election victory put an end to over half a century of almost uninterrupted rule by the conservative Liberal Democratic Party.
The outcome of the latest poll appeared to reflect the impact of a DPJ split with the departure of a number of its lawmakers led by party heavyweight Ichiro Ozawa who voted against consumption tax hike legislation at the House of Representatives in June.

時事通信が６～９日に実施した７月の世論調査によると、野田内閣の支持率は前月比３．０ポイント減の２１．３％となり、政権発足後最低だった４月（２１．７％）を更新した。不支持率も同５．５ポイント増の６０．３％で、最高だった４月（５５．７％）を上回った。民主党の政党支持率も同１．４ポイント減の６．７％で、２００９年の政権交代後の最低記録を３カ月連続で更新。０９年１０月（２９．４％）の約２割にまで落ち込んだ。
消費増税関連法案の衆院採決で小沢一郎氏らが反対し、民主党が分裂したことなどが影響したとみられる。野田佳彦首相は態勢立て直しに全力を挙げる構えだが、同党内では増税法案の成立阻止を目指す動きがやまず、混乱が続いている。関西電力大飯原発の再稼働でも首相は党内外の批判にさらされており、政権の前途は一段と険しくなりそうだ。
調査は全国の成人男女２０００人を対象に、個別面接方式で実施した。有効回収率は６４．７％。
