China's consumer price index for February rose 3.2 percent from a year earlier, the smallest increase in 20 months.
The National Bureau of Statistics released the figure on Friday.
 The inflation rate was significantly lower than the 4.5 percent marked in January, and the lowest since June of 2010, 
when the figure stood at 2.9 percent.
