日本共同社報導，日本首相「野田佳彥」今天(11日)眾議院特別委員會表示，如果「消費稅增稅法案」在本屆國會上無法獲得通過，政府部門將被迫作出決斷，他說，他賭上政治生命，「之後的事相信我不說各位也明白」。

日本媒體解讀，這句話是「野田佳彥」暗示，有可能因為「增稅法案」解散眾議院舉行大選。

Noda hints at dissolution of lower house if tax hike bill not passed

Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda hinted on Monday that he may resort to dissolving the House of Representatives if legislation for social security and tax reforms, centering on a plan to raise the sales tax rate, is not passed during the current parliamentary session.

The indication by Noda, who heads the ruling Democratic Party of Japan, is viewed by political observers as an effort to keep in check moves within his party to oppose the sales tax hike led by former DPJ leader Ichiro Ozawa.

Ozawa, who heads the largest intraparty group and is credited with leading the DPJ to power in 2009, opposes the tax hike plan, arguing it reneges on the party's policy pledges in the general election that year. He also does not want the dissolution of the more powerful lower house, which is controlled by the ruling party.

増税法案不成立なら衆院解散も　首相、特別委で示唆



野田佳彦首相（民主党代表）は１１日、衆院社会保障と税の一体改革特別委員会で、消費税増税を柱とする一体改革関連法案が今国会で成立しない場合は衆院解散・総選挙に踏み切る可能性を示唆した。党内で選挙情勢を懸念して早期解散を警戒する小沢一郎元代表ら増税反対派をけん制したとみられる。

小沢氏は一体改革法案の衆院採決時に造反する姿勢を示すなど増税反対を堅持しており、首相発言に反発を強めそうだ。１５日までの合意を目指している民主、自民、公明３党の修正協議の行方に影響する可能性もある。
