電験１種合格のポイント（勉強法） ―法規編―

今日は、電験１種合格のポイント―法規編―です。

法規は、つかみどころがないのが特徴です。
チョーマニアックな問題が満載です。
しかし、過去問をよく見ると頻出している問題があることが判ります。
その頻出問題は、点数で言うと約４０点くらいになります。
あと２０点足りません。
残りの２０点のために、膨大な時間をかけてマニアックな問題を暗記するより、
B問題に出そうな計算問題を勉強します。
そう、法規も計算がポイントになります。

まとめると、
１．過去問で頻出問題のみ完璧にする
２．B問題に出そうな計算問題に時間を費やす

です！

Myanmar's pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi has expressed doubt that the country's by-elections on Sunday will be free and fair, citing systematic intimidation against her party.

Aung San Suu Kyi met about 300 reporters at her home on Friday, ahead of the elections for parliament and local assemblies.

Her National League for Democracy is fielding candidates for most of the 45 seats up for grabs. Aung San Suu Kyi is running for a seat in the country's largest city, Yangon.

She cited as examples of intimidation against her party throwing of stones that injured its campaign workers and slashing of posters.

Aung San Suu Kyi said the party has filed a complaint with the election's commission, and that officials are likely behind the harassment.

緬甸民運領袖翁山蘇姬今天表示，本週末舉行的緬甸國會補選，籌備期間發生諸多違法情事，使得這次選舉無法稱得上達到全面民主。

國會補選將在4月1日舉行，這位諾貝爾和平獎得主在投票前舉辦的記者會中表示：「由過去幾個月以來此間發生的情事來看，我不認為這次選舉可稱為真正自由和公平的選舉。」

她並指出，違規情事「確實超過民主選舉可接受程度」，「但我們仍堅持參選，因為這是民眾所期盼的」。

領導全國民主聯盟（NLD）的翁山蘇姬表示，選舉提升了國內的政治意識。

她強調說：「我們毫不後悔參選。」
