日大飯反應爐 恢復全功率運轉
（法新社東京9日電） 日本關西大飯核電廠第3號核子反應爐今天恢復全功率運轉，是去年遭逢福島核災、日本關閉所有核電廠後，第1座重新啟動的反應爐。
負責營運大飯核電廠的關西電力公司（KEPCO）表示，第3號反應爐今天稍早已恢復全功率運轉。第3號反應爐本月稍早重新啟動。
KEPCO發言人說：「反應爐已順利轉換成穩定輸出模式，沒有任何問題。」他說大飯核電廠另1座反應爐本月稍後將依計畫恢復運轉。

Govt. reports Ohi reactor is back to full capacity
The government and the operator of the Ohi nuclear power plant on the Sea of Japan coast say a reactivated reactor there is now operating at full capacity.
The No.3 reactor at the plant was restarted on July 1st after being offline for 15 months. It is the first reactor to be fired up after last year's meltdowns at the Fukushima Daiichi plant.
The government and Kansai Electric Power Company on Monday informed local governments hosting the plant that No.3 reactor's output reached full capacity at one o'clock in the morning.
Senior vice industry minister Seishu Makino said the reactor is operating without major setbacks thanks to the hosting governments' cooperation.
The mayor of Ohi Town, Shinobu Tokioka, said the government should share any operational abnormalities with the town to prevent trouble. He added that he hopes to see a smooth restart of the plant's No.4 reactor later this month.
The vice governor of Fukui Prefecture, Homare Mitsuda, said the restart has enabled the prefecture to fulfill its responsibility of supplying electricity. He said he will not lower his guard until public confidence about the plant's safety is restored.
Kansai Electric plans to have the Ohi plant's No.4 reactor at full capacity on July 25th. The government and the utility will continue to monitor the process.

大飯原発３号機がフル稼働
およそ１年３か月ぶりに原子炉が起動し発電を開始した、関西電力・大飯原子力発電所３号機は、９日午前１時、原子炉の出力が１００％になる「フル稼働」に達しました。
国内で長期間止まった原子炉が「フル稼働」に達したのは、去年３月の東京電力福島第一原発の事故のあと、初めてです。
福井県おおい町にある大飯原発３号機では、およそ１年３か月ぶりに原子炉が起動したあと、７日、発電機の出力が、１００％に当たる１１８万キロワットに達しました。
８日午後には、大量のクラゲが発生し冷却用の海水を十分に取り込むことができず、関西電力は一時、発電機の出力を下げましたが、その後クラゲが減ったため作業を予定通り進めました。
そして９日午前１時、中央制御室で牧野経済産業副大臣やおおい町の時岡忍町長が立ち会うなか、原子炉の出力が１００％になる「フル稼働」に達したことが確認されました。
国内で長期間止まった原子炉が「フル稼働」に達したのは、去年３月の福島第一原発の事故のあと初めてで、関西電力は４号機についても、今月２５日に「フル稼働」を目指しています。
関西電力管内では、夏の節電が今月２日から始まっていますが、３号機が「フル稼働」に達したことを受けて、政府は１０日から、猛暑だったおととしと比べて１５％以上という節電の目標を、１０％以上に緩和する方針です。
一方、全国のほかの原発４８基は運転を止めたままで、安全性を確認する国の手続きなどが進んでいないことから、運転再開の見通しは立っていません。
