全球宜居城市排名 台北第27
（中央社記者呂欣憓新加坡26日專電）最新調查顯示，台北市的宜居程度在全球主要64個城市中排名第27，表現最佳的項目是國內安全和穩定度，排名第8。
新加坡國立大學李光耀公共政策學院轄下的亞洲競爭力研究所今天公佈2013年「全球宜居城市指數」（Global Liveable Cities Index）調查排名。
這份調查納入全球64個主要城市，從經濟活力及競爭力、環保友善程度和永續性、國內安全和穩定度、社會文化狀況以及政府治理這5個指標，為城市排名。
所得分數越低代表越宜居，台北以總分24，在64個城市中排名第27，在亞洲城市中排名第6，亞洲前5名城市是新加坡、香港、大阪-神戶、東京、橫濱。
由細項來看，經濟活力和競爭力，台北排名第24，環保友善程度和永續性排名第30，國內安全和穩定度排名第8，社會文化狀況排名第33，政府治理排名第25。
瑞士的日內瓦排名第1，排名前10的城市有7個位於歐洲，包括瑞士的蘇黎世、丹麥的哥本哈根、芬蘭的赫爾辛基、盧森堡市、瑞典的斯德哥爾摩和德國的柏林。
前10名中有2個位於亞洲，分別是排名第3的新加坡和第8的香港，第10名則是紐西蘭的奧克蘭。
李光耀公共政策學院院長馬凱碩致詞時說，未來的競爭不只在國家間，也將出現在城市之間。新加坡教育部長王瑞杰說，當今的經濟活動多在城市進行，不過有些城市的潛力被低估，因此這份調查還包括了城市生活的品質，不只有經濟面向。

Taipei ranked world's 27th most liveable city
Singapore, Nov. 26 (CNA) Taipei is the 27th most liveable city in the world, according to the 2013 Global Liveable Cities Index released Tuesday in Singapore that ranks 64 cities around the globe.
Switzerland's Geneva tops the rankings, in which seven of the top 10 most liveable cities are in Europe and only two are in Asia -- Singapore in third and Hong Kong in eighth. Auckland in New Zealand rounds out the top 10.
Among the 36 Asian cities surveyed, Taipei is ranked sixth after Singapore, Hong Kong and the Japanese cities of Kobe, Tokyo and Yokohama.
The index, conducted by the Asia Competitiveness Institute at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, covers 64 European, Asian, Middle Eastern, North and South American cities.
It is based on five categories: economic vibrancy and competitiveness; environment sustainability and friendliness; domestic security and stability; social cultural conditions; and political governance.
Taipei is placed 24th in economic vibrancy and competitiveness, 30th in environment sustainability and friendliness, 8th in domestic security and stability, 33rd in social cultural conditions and 25th in political governance.
The results for Taipei, however, show a huge gap compared with the 2013 Economist Intelligence Unit's (EIU's) Global Liveability Ranking released in August, which put Taipei in 61st place in the world.
The EIU's survey assesses living conditions in the 140 cities ranked, scoring each one on over 30 qualitative and quantitative factors across five broad categories: stability; healthcare; culture and environment; education; and infrastructure.
The Australian city of Melbourne tops the EIU's survey for the third consecutive year, followed by Vienna, Vancouver and Toronto.

（シンガポール 26日 中央社）シンガポール国立大学のアジア競争力研究所が26日発表した2013年「世界で住みやすい都市ランキング」によると、台北（＝写真）は世界27位で、そのうち国内の安全と安定性は高く評価され8位となった。
この調査は世界64都市を経済活力と競争力、環境保護の程度と永続性、国内の安全と安定性、社会文化状況、政治状況からなる5つの指数の総合値を格付けしたもの。台北は24ポイントを獲得し、アジア第6位。同地域ではシンガポール、香港、大阪／神戸、東京、横浜が台北よりも「住みやすい都市」として評価された。
また、台北は経済活力と競争力で24位、環境保護の程度と永続性で30位、国内の安全と安定性で8位、社会文化状況で33位、行政管理で25位となった。
1位はスイス・ジュネーブで、上位10都市のうち7都市はチューリッヒやコペンハーゲン、ヘルシンキ、ルクセンブルク、ストックホルム、ベルリンなどヨーロッパの都市がランクインした。

昨日、将棋の渡辺竜王が森内名人に負けて、
９年連続の竜王位から終に陥落しました。
竜王戦での渡辺さんは強かったですからね～。
ある意味、神がかってました。
あの羽生さんを、０－３の絶体絶命状態から、
４連勝して竜王位を守ったっていうのもありましたからね～。
将棋界歴史上、”初”って話題になりました。
森内さんは、昔ほど勝てなくなってるイメージがありますが、
そんなこと全く関係なく、
”名誉の名人”と”賞金の竜王”の２ビッグタイトル保持者になりました。
羽生さんきっと嫉妬してるでしょうね～。
