小澤派議員擬聯合退黨 日民主黨分裂恐不可免
據日本共同社報導，日本民主黨大老「小澤一郎」，已經計畫要小澤派議員，在眾院就「消費稅增稅法案」表決時，投下反對票之後，退出民主黨，民主黨分裂似乎難以避免。報導說，小澤雖然還沒有下最後命令，不過部分小澤派議員，似乎已經鐵了心要退黨。
報導指出，小澤派的幹部，這幾天以來，不斷與小澤派眾議員接觸，爭取支持。小澤一郎更親自出面強調，反增稅的主張是正確的，一定要堅持到底。
報導分析說，如果小澤派議員退出民主黨，小澤一郎很可能與其他小黨聯合組建新政黨。

Japan's governing party splits over higher tax
About 50 dissenters within Japan's Democratic Party say they will cast 'No' votes when a bill to increase the consumption tax is put to a vote next week.
Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda is pushing for the enactment of a series of bills for social security and tax reform, including one to raise the consumption tax, as part of efforts to address Japan's fiscal health.
The bills are expected to be put to a vote in the lower house on Tuesday.
About 210 out of 289 Democrats in the chamber say they will support the bills. Former Democratic Party leader Ichiro Ozawa and about 50 of his followers say they will vote against them. About 30 Democrats haven't yet made it clear whether they will support the bills.
Ozawa indicated to his followers on Thursday that after they reject the bills in the vote, they will need to consider creating a new party.
If 53 or more Democrats leave the party, it will lose its majority in the lower house, even after including members of its coalition partner People's New Party.
If 54 or more leave the Democratic Party, it will be possible for the lower house to pass a motion of no-confidence in Prime Minister Noda.
Members who do not belong to groups supporting Ozawa or Noda say party executives must work to prevent a split. Otherwise, they say the prime minister may have to call a general election -- as sought by the opposition Liberal Democratic Party and New Komeito.
Prime Minister Noda intends to appeal for unity at a meeting of party members on Monday, the eve of the expected vote.
Legislators close to Noda are trying to persuade opponents of the bills to support the measures or at least abstain or stay away from the voting session.

消費税率引き上げ法案などの衆議院本会議での採決について、ＮＨＫの取材によりますと、小沢元代表に近い議員を中心におよそ５０人が反対する意向を示しています。
これに対し、野田総理大臣は、２５日、臨時の党の代議士会に出席し、結束を呼びかけることにしており、双方のせめぎ合いは激しさを増しています。
消費税率引き上げ法案など社会保障と税の一体改革に関連する法案は、来週２６日の衆議院本会議で採決される見通しです。
ＮＨＫの取材によりますと、これまでに賛成としている民主党の議員はおよそ２１０人です。
これに対し、反対としている議員は、小沢元代表に近い議員グループを中心におよそ５０人で、態度を明確にしていない議員はおよそ３０人でした。
小沢氏に近い議員グループは、法案に反対したうえで、新党の結成も視野に入れて離党することも検討しています。
仮に民主党から５３人以上が離党した場合、民主党は、国民新党と合わせても、衆議院で２４０の過半数を維持できなくなり、５４人以上が離党すれば少数与党となり、数のうえでは、内閣不信任決議案が可決される可能性も出てきます。
いわゆる中間派の議員らは、小沢氏らの離党の動きが広がれば、自民・公明両党が求める衆議院の解散・総選挙が現実味を帯びてくるとして、執行部に対し党の分裂を回避する手だてを講じるよう求めています。
野田総理大臣は、衆議院本会議で法案が採決される前日の２５日、臨時の党の代議士会に出席して結束を呼びかけることにしています。
また、野田総理大臣に近い議員らは、反対の議員には棄権や欠席に、棄権や欠席の議員には賛成にまわるよう説得するとともに、まだ態度を決めかねている議員に、小沢氏に同調する動きが広がらないよう働きかけを強めています。
