故宮下通牒 赴日國寶恐撤展

故宮赴日展恐破局？因日本媒體應援團製作的宣傳海報，將「台北國立故宮博物院」全稱的「國立」去除，引發我方的不滿，昨以罕見的強硬態度，向主辦單位東京國立博物館下通牒，要求在今晚日本時間12點（台灣時間11點）前需將未標示「國立」的海報撤換，無法撤換者一律撤除，不得延期。否則，由總統夫人周美青率領的代表團取消赴日行程，並中止東京、九州兩地展覽！

原訂昨日下午2點在東京博物館（東博）舉行的故宮國寶「翠玉白菜」開箱儀式，也在台日雙方交涉未果之下，於傍晚5點宣布取消。東博等於辦了一場翠玉白菜「神隱」記者會，現場只見空箱不見白菜。東博總務部長栗原祐司在會中道歉，並宣稱東博將負責任地盡最大努力，讓23日開幕儀式如期舉行。

馬：國家尊嚴絕對優先

被視為國寶級文物的翠玉白菜，首度出國即面臨可能撤展的問題，不僅使得此次故宮文物的東京行橫生風波，也衝擊向來友好的台日關係。

我駐日代表沈斯淳赴東博談判，為少了「國立」兩字的海報問題尋求解決之道。日媒相關人士表示，日方能做到的部分，包括修改海報等條件都答應了，討論結果已交由沈斯淳帶回研究。
總統府為此召開國安相關會議，並發出限時改善的新聞稿。馬總統強調，若因文化交流而傷害國家尊嚴，政府和全國人民都無法接受，「國家尊嚴絕對優先於文化交流」，希望日方審慎處理此事，以免影響2國多年的深厚友誼。

故宮首航亞洲的大型展覽「台北 國立故宮博物院─神品至寶─展」，24日將在東博開幕，展品已全數抵東博，由周美青率領的代表團也預定22日啟程，出席23日的開幕典禮。就在展覽進入倒數時刻，故宮卻發表嚴正聲明，抗議東博在處理日媒應援團自製宣傳海報上少了「國立」二字的態度消極，故宮苦等多日未獲妥善回應，主動出擊施壓。

東博允協調媒體撤換

故宮發表聲明指出：「東博同意協調共同主辦媒體以書面承諾，在日本時間21日晚上12點之前，進行沒有標示『國立』故宮博物院海報撤換工作，不能撤換者一律撤除，不得延期。」
此外，臨時喊停的翠玉白菜開箱記者會，「何時會有開箱記者會，要視日方撤換海報的情況，做到何種程度而定。」故宮發言人金士先指出，故宮與東博、九州國立博物館簽約內容即載明，東博在製作與展覽相關之教育推廣和宣傳物品，「必須標明借展品為『國立故宮博物院』藏品」。

日媒應援團應受約束

「東博本應約束日媒應援團尊重合約規定，因為這無關媒體採訪權，而是展覽宣傳執行，是契約問題，若讓應援團不符合規定，未來這種手法會重複出現。」金士先強調，依照合約故宮具有展覽提前結束的權力，且無需負擔所有費用；同時，日本2011年已通過《海外美術品等公開促進法》，無需擔心文物被扣押，「文物可自由的去，安全的回來。」

Taiwan museum's exhibitions in Japan might be cancelled

Taiwan warned Friday that an exhibition of ancient Chinese artifacts from Taiwan's National Palace Museum scheduled to open in Tokyo next week will be cancelled if posters and other promotional materials prepared by the Japanese side continue to omit the word "national" in referring to the museum.

In a statement, the Presidential Office said President Ma Ying-jeou has asked the Foreign Ministry and National Palace Museum to lodge a "solemn representation" to Japan over some Japanese co-organizers' decision not to call the National Palace Museum by its official name.

"If we do not receive any positive response, the National Palace Museum will cancel all activities, including the exhibits, in Japan and the first lady will not attend the opening ceremony (set for Monday)," it said.

The Presidential Office said that although the main organizer, the Tokyo National Museum, has been honoring the promise to use the museum's official name, its co-organizers failed to do so on their posters by leaving out "national."

"We find it unacceptable," it said. "National Palace Museum is the only official title of the museum. The government and its people cannot accept having cultural exchanges at the expense of national dignity."

Conditions for the loans are that Japan calls the museum by its official title on all occasions. It also had to send an official invitation to request the loans and pass a law addressing Taiwan's concerns about the return of the loaned objects.

The Tokyo exhibition is scheduled to be open to the public from Tuesday, but for that to happen, the museum demands the removal of at least some of the offending posters before midnight Saturday. If they are not all removed before midnight June 28, or four days after the exhibition begins, it will be cut short.

A box opening ceremony scheduled for Friday afternoon was also postponed until Taiwan is satisfied with the way Japan handles the matter, the museum said.

More than 200 of the museum's rare cultural relics have been selected for the exhibitions that would be held at the Tokyo National Museum for 12 weeks from June to September and for eight weeks at the Kyushu National Museum in Dazaifu, Fukuoka Prefecture, from October to November.

The National Palace Museum in Taipei houses a large collection of the finest Chinese antiquities collected by various Chinese emperors over a millennium.

Ma's Nationalist Party took more than 650,000 art objects to Taiwan, which calls itself the Republic of China, after losing the Chinese civil war to the Communists in 1949.

Since then, Taiwan and China have been governed separately, but China views Taiwan as part of its territory and claims the treasures housed in the National Palace Museum.

Because of the rapid thawing of cross-strait tension since 2008, Taiwan's National Palace Museum has showcased Chinese relics on loan from Chinese museums.

However, the loans have so far been one-way, with Taiwan still balking at loaning treasures to China, citing a lack of international standards for the care and safe return of the loaned objects.

東京国立博物館で開催を予定している「台北 國立故宮博物院－神品至宝－」展のポスターから「国立」の2文字が抜けていたとして、台湾の故宮側が抗議、日本側の対応次第によっては、展覧会自体の中止も示唆している。また、馬英九総統をはじめとする政府側もこの問題に対し、関心を強めているようだ。

問題とされているのは、東京国立博物館で6月24日から開催される特別展「台北 國立故宮博物院－神品至宝－」のPRポスターだ。同展では、白菜をかたどったヒスイの彫刻「翠玉白菜」と、豚の角煮に似せた彫刻「肉形石」の2大文物が、今回初めて海外で展示されることもあって、注目を集めていた。東京国立博物館の公式サイトなどには同展の正式名称が掲載されているが、一部のポスターで「国立」の表記が抜け落ちているのを台湾メディアの関係者らが発見。これを問題視した故宮側は20日午後、東京国立博物館で予定していた「翠玉白菜」に関する記者会見を中止にした。故宮側は正式に書面でも抗議し、「抗議、訂正に応じない場合は、東京国立博物館および九州国立博物館での展覧会を全面的に中止する」と発表。日本時間22日の午前0時までに、問題のポスターを取り下げるよう要求している。

個人的に、日本で大人気の野球、サッカー（に限らずスポーツ全般）に疎く、
盛り上がってはいませんが、何となく気にはなります。
そう言えば、以前タコの予想が話題になりましたネ～。

東京章魚「預測」日本世界盃將旗開得勝

日本將於台北時間明天早上在世界盃C組首度亮相，與象牙海岸對陣，東京水族館效法4年前德國的章魚哥保羅，也安排一隻八爪章魚還來扮演先知「預測」比賽結果。

水族館將日本與象牙海岸國旗放在大水缸內，這隻章魚在兩者之間徘徊了很久，最終纏著日本國旗不放，水族館方面解讀是章魚大師已經預言日本將險勝對手。

World Cup 2014: Animal "Oracles" From Around The World Predict Match Outcomes

Paul the Octopus, Germany's tried and true soccer "oracle" was a huge hit at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, but sadly he passed away in 2010. 

As much as Paul is missed, there isn't a shortage of animal oracles for this year's World Cup. Brazil's official oracle is a loggerhead turtle named Cabecao, or Big Head. He correctly predicted his home country would win over Croatia in the World Cup opener.

Brazil also sought the help of a capybara, but it doesn't seem to excited about the fate of the World Cup resting on its shoulders.
Paul's passing didn't push Germany out of the oracle game though. Not to be outdone, the Germans have employed an elephant, armadillo, African clawed frogs and flies to predict the outcome of the World Cup.
Will any oracle ever match up to Paul's nearly 80 percent success rate? Maybe, but no other oracle has a song dedicated to them (yet).

日本の初戦勝利、タコが予想　水族館で勝敗占いイベント

　東京都港区の水族館「エプソン品川アクアスタジアム」で１３日、タコやテッポウウオなど海の生き物がサッカーワールドカップ（Ｗ杯）日本代表の初戦の勝敗を占うイベントが開かれた。

　タコは右に左にと水槽の中を移動していたが試合終了間際、日本の国旗がついたゴールに絡みついた。別の水槽のテッポウウオも水を吹いて「勝ち」を示すフレームを撃ち落とし、日本の勝利を予想した。特製ユニホームを着たペンギンがひもをくちばしで引いて回すルーレット予想はコートジボワールと引き分けだった。

　Ｗ杯期間中、日本戦以外にも注目カードを予想するイベントを開く。

插畫界天后彎彎，昨日被週刊踢爆新婚僅19天就偷情！
中午立刻在經紀公司陪同下鞠躬道歉。

9天碰面3次 當街啾咪

彎彎上月17日甫與長跑10年的酒保男友結婚，當時有許多人氣部落客插畫家受邀參加，還在網路上發起以圖祝賀彎彎結婚之喜，孰料不到一個月，彎彎早與人氣部落客「黃大爺」暗度陳倉，短短9天兩人就碰面3次。

週刊跟拍兩人約會，黃大爺在暗巷一把抱住彎彎，還在公園上演你一口我一口的餵食蛋糕秀，稍後兩人還驅車前往山區暗處暫停40分鐘，隨後黃大爺才將彎彎送回家。

2度道歉 難挽粉絲信任

彎彎所屬的經紀公司自轉星球文化代她發表聲明稿中表示，彎彎對個人私生活行為浪費公共資源向社會致歉，還說周刊報導與事實有許多出入。

稍後彎彎也在臉書上傳「對不起」的插畫再次道歉，她表示，因為私領域的個人行為讓社會觀感不佳，再次表達「最深的歉意」，還說針對此事，她會好好深切檢討反省，並嚴格要求自己的一切言行。

對於彎彎在臉書上的致歉圖，網友顯然不買帳，有人嗆說，她最該道歉的對象應該是老公與家人，還說她已挽不回眾人的信任，不過也有網友表示會繼續支持彎彎。

晚間又傳出疑似兩人的Line對話截圖，爆出彎彎有意瞞婚，但也有人懷疑對話爆光，可能是男方流出的陰謀論。

對於這次不倫事件，有彎彎出版經紀約的自轉星球文化表示，並不會因為此次事件影響與她的合作。

Cartoonist embroiled in scandal over alleged affair

Popular cartoonist “Wan Wan” (彎彎) made a public apology to her legions of fans yesterday, after reports of an alleged extramarital affair made the news.
Wan Wan, whose real name is Hu Chia-wei (胡家瑋), faced the media in Taipei at about noon, and bowed in apology. Wearing a mask over her mouth, she refused to speak or answer questions from journalists, as the publisher of her books read out her written statement.

She attended a previously scheduled promotional event in the afternoon, where she also refused to answer reporters’ questions about the alleged affair, less than three weeks after her high-profile marriage on May 17, which was extensively covered by the press.

At the end of the promotional event, she ran to catch a taxi after being pursued by photographers and reporters, and was seen covering her face with tears in her eyes.

Highly popular with the younger generation for her humorous cartoons, which are widely posted on social media, the 32-year-old Wan Wan is a celebrity who has appeared in TV commercials and had a guest role in the hit 2011 movie You Are the Apple of My Eye (那些年，我們ㄧ起追的女孩).

The revelation of the alleged extra-marital affair is said to have done irreparable damage to her clean, wholesome image, and many of her fans wrote to express their shock and disappointment at the news.

In the Chinese-language Next Media Weekly yesterday, paparazzi photographs showed her out with a man surnamed Huang (黃), who is reported to be her old flame of some years ago.

Wan Wan and Huang, who is a fellow blogger and cartoonist, were seen dining together, enjoying each other’s company and kissing, before they took a night drive to a mountain park on the outskirts of Taipei, according to the report.

Taiwan’s online communities were abuzz over the “Wan Wan affair” yesterday.
Many netizens said they were shocked, especially because she is a newlywed.
“Wan Wan should apologize to her husband, and not to us,” one wrote.
“If this is true, then she should get a divorce. She has set a very bad example to others,” another posted.

Some of her fans defended her, saying that it was Wan Wan’s private business, which was probably a misjudgement on her part, but that they would continue to support her.

Other netizens lamented what they described as a breakdown of morality in society, saying that by carrying on secret liaisons with another man, “she is ruining the sacred tradition of marriage.”

Another disappointed fan surnamed Chang wrote: “I used to be a big fan of yours, and bought many of Wan Wan’s funny cartoons. It’s very disappointing to read about your news. I will not be able to view your cartoons in the same way as before.”

2014年6月5日、台湾の著名イラストレーターでタレントのワンワン（弯弯）が、結婚1カ月未満で噴出した不倫騒動について謝罪した。NOWnewsが伝えた。

女性イラストレーターで人気ブロガー、最近ではタレントや女優活動もしているワンワン。2005年にデビュー作となったコミック本「出勤しなくていいですか？」とMSNメッセンジャーの顔文字で大ブレークした。
先月、交際10年になる恋人と結婚したばかりだが、挙式からわずか18日目に同じイラストレーター男性とのデート姿をキャッチされた。9日間に3回もデートを重ねたことが明らかになり、キス場面も激写され、台湾では連日トップニュースとして報道されている。

当初は「見間違いだ」として否定していたが、今月4日には出版社社長と一緒に謝罪会見を開いた。社長が事情説明の文章を読み上げ、ワンワン自身は一言も発さなかったことから、ネット上では彼女への批判コメントがあふれんばかりに。これを受けて5日、フェイスブックページにメッセージを発表し、改めて謝罪した。

メッセージでワンワンは、「家族や夫、仕事仲間など、多くの人を傷つけ騒がせたことで謝罪したい」とコメント。「最初にメディアに問いかけられた時は、焦りや恐怖でどうしていいか分からなかった」と、不倫を認めなかったことについて語っている。
